The mission of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice, Inc., is to provide direct services for, advocate in behalf of, and to convene the people of Southwest Florida. These activities shall ensure human dignity, enhance the quality of life for all persons, regardless of race, creed or color, and emulate the teaching of Jesus, who came to server rather than be served.

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice, Inc., is a not for profit corporation duly incorporated in the State of Florida, serving 10 counties in Southwest Florida, including Manatee, Hardee, Highlands, Sarasota, DeSoto, Glades, Charlotte, Lee, Hendry, and COLLIER COUNTY.

Established in 1984, we are a growing agency, eager to meet the complex social service needs of people living in this vast area. Our services range in substance and style according to local need and available resources. We are celebrating our 35th year of providing effective social services programs to the community.

Our service population includes individuals, couples, children, families, single parents, non-custodial families, refugees, refugees, migrant farm workers, and many others in need of specific assistance.
